Founder & Managing Attorney

Joseph Rabanipour, Esq.

Joseph Rabanipour is the Founder and Managing Attorney of the Law Offices of Joseph Rabanipour PLLC. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions. Joseph represents purchasers, sellers, and lenders across New York.

Prior to establishing his firm, Joseph worked as a Real Estate Salesperson at a Manhattan brokerage. This experience gave him a practical understanding of real estate transactions from both the business and legal sides.

A Long Island native, Joseph earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2022, graduating with cum laude honors. During law school, he interned at the Community and Economic Development Clinic at Hofstra University, where he participated in corporate formations and real estate transactions. Joseph was admitted to practice law in the State of New York (1st Dep't) in 2023.

Before pursuing his legal education, Joseph received a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, with a major in Economics from the City University of New York at Queens College in 2018.

Joseph draws on both his legal education and his real estate industry background to serve purchasers, sellers, lenders, and investors throughout New York State.
